File Specifications
To ensure your artwork meets the quality standards for print, please adhere to the following requirements:
- Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch) for sharp, professional printing.
- File Types Accepted:
- PDF (Preferred format for print)
- JPEG
- PNG
- TIFF
- Colour Mode: Submit artwork in CMYK colour mode for accurate colour reproduction.
- Safe Zone: Keep essential text and elements at least 5mm away from the edges to prevent them from being trimmed.
Dimensions and Pixel Sizes
Your artwork must include a 3mm bleed on all sides. This ensures no white edges appear due to slight variations in the trimming process. Use the dimensions below:

Design Tips
- Bleed Area: Extend background colours or images fully into the bleed area to ensure no visible white edges after trimming.
- Text Placement: Keep all text within the safe zone to prevent it from being cut off.
- Colour Matching: Ensure your artwork uses CMYK colour mode for consistent printing.
File Size
The maximum file size for uploads is 20 MB. If your file exceeds this limit, please compress it without reducing the resolution, or contact us for assistance.
How to Submit Your Artwork
- Upload your artwork directly via the Advert Order Page.
- Ensure the file name includes your company name and advert size (e.g., “YourCompany_HalfPage.pdf”).
- For any issues, email your file to [email protected] with the subject line “Artwork Submission”.
